The twins and Honey are shock since Megumi personifies the Haruhi that Tamaki imagined Haruhi to be. It is like Tamaki’s imagined Haruhi has become a real person.
è proprio questo il punto.Oltre ad assomigliarsi fisicamente, Haruhi e Megumi sono l'esatto opposto caratterialmente. Megumi, in particolare, è la ragazza ideale di Tamaki. Come dice il tipo del Blog,

Altra cosa interessante, l'osservazione di Tamaki:
